Everything you need to know about bidding, picking up, and shipping.
Bidding
How does the bidding process work?
Browse open auctions, place your maximum bid, and our system automatically bids on your behalf up to that amount. The highest bid when the timer ends wins the auction.
Can I retract a bid?
Bids are binding. We do not allow bid retractions except in cases of obvious typos reported within 60 seconds of placement.
What is a soft close?
If a new bid is placed within the last 60 seconds of an auction, the timer extends by 60 seconds to ensure everyone has a fair chance.
Pickup Policy
Where do I pick up my items?
Free pickup is available at our Atlanta, Dallas, and Tampa warehouses. The pickup address is listed on every auction page.
How long do I have to pick up?
All items must be picked up within 7 days of winning. After 7 days, items are forfeited and a storage fee may apply.
Can someone pick up on my behalf?
Yes — just bring a copy of the order confirmation and a photo ID. We’ll match the name on the account.
Shipping
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Most items are eligible for nationwide shipping via UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How fast is shipping?
Items typically ship within 2–3 business days of payment. Transit time varies by destination but averages 3–5 business days.
Are large items shippable?
Furniture and appliances are pickup-only unless freight shipping is specifically listed on the auction.
Account & Payments
How do I create an account?
Click ‘Create Account’ in the header, enter your email and a password, and verify your email. It takes about 60 seconds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), debit cards, and ACH bank transfers.
When is my card charged?
Your card on file is automatically charged within 1 hour of winning an auction.
